Giancarlo “Gian” B. Sambalido is Counsel at Sidley Austin LLP in Hong Kong with close to 20 years’ experience advising on international capital markets transactions, including equity and bond offerings, liability management, structured finance, and securitizations. He represents issuers and underwriters in public and private securities offerings, with an emphasis on the Philippines and Southeast Asia. He previously worked in the New York and Hong Kong offices of another international law firm.
