Partner and member of the firm's Executive Committee. Former chair of the Global Capital Markets group (2019–2022) and global practice leader (2007–2019). Represents issuers and underwriters in securities offerings, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, preferred stock, ATM programs, convertible and exchangeable securities, and debt offerings. Focus on REITs, financial institutions, and consumer companies. Involved in over 465 offerings exceeding US$255 billion since 2010.
