Corey Roush is a partner at Sidley Austin LLP in the United States, specializing in antitrust and competition law. With nearly three decades of experience, he represents clients before the FTC, DOJ, and state attorneys general in contentious litigation, investigations, and merger clearance matters. He has advised on numerous antitrust cases and class actions in federal courts, and has negotiated clearance for heavily investigated deals, including a $21B retail fuel acquisition with divestitures to three buyers. He has also litigated merger-blocking suits against the government, notably the first live merger trial after the COVID outbreak.
