Represents international and domestic private investment funds, pension funds, real estate asset managers, and real estate developers and investors in complex real estate transactions, including non-recourse financing, joint ventures, M&A, restructuring and workouts. Also advises on energy projects, fintech, licensing, international disputes, compliance, and general corporate matters. Recognized in Chambers Asia-Pacific and Legal 500 Asia Pacific.
