Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, S.C. with over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, consumer protection, and administrative law. Previously served as Undersecretary of Communications for Mexico's Ministry of Communication and Transportation and held roles at the Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO). Participated in landmark projects including the Mexican Satellite System acquisition, CFE dark fiber bidding, and the Red Compartida PPP.
