Daniel Pulecio-Boek focuses his practice on cross-border litigation, investigations and arbitration, including white collar representations, internal investigations, complex commercial disputes, and international arbitrations. His representations have included matters involving more than two dozen jurisdictions, spanning Latin America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. He received his legal training in the United States, Europe, and Latin America, and is licensed to practice law in multiple U.S. jurisdictions and in Colombia. He is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, and proficient in Portuguese.
