Sarah Demerling is a Partner at Walkers in Bermuda, leading the Bermuda Insurance practice and the Investment Funds practice with a specialty in insurance-linked securities. She has over two decades of experience advising international (re)insurers, sponsors, asset managers, private equity houses, and principals on formation, licensing, regulatory requirements, M&A, and alternative risk financing transactions. She works closely with the Fintech team on insurtech and tokenised funds.
