Matthew Goucke is a Partner in Walkers' Cayman Islands office, specializing in corporate recovery and contentious insolvency. He is a member of the Distressed Funds Group and has extensive experience with distressed investment vehicles, particularly hedge funds. He regularly appears in the Grand Court’s specialist financial services division, the Cayman Islands Court of Appeal, and has been involved in cases before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
