Ingrid Pierce is Walkers' Global Managing Partner and heads the Cayman Investment Funds Group. She acts for major institutions, asset managers, insurers, reinsurers, trustees and other fiduciaries. She advises on governance, directors' and trustees' duties, indemnities, succession planning, and managing fund distress in volatile markets. She has experience with contentious matters including acquisition, restructuring, and winding down of funds. She is a frequent speaker and guest commentator on Bloomberg, CNBC, and Fox Business.
