Pedro Ferreras is a Partner in the Corporate/M&A department at CMS Albinana & Suarez de Lezo in Barcelona, with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, consumer law, and e-commerce. He regularly advises domestic and multinational clients, including start-ups and leading technology companies, as well as large corporate groups in the aviation and automotive sectors, and acts as secretary or deputy secretary of the board for numerous entities.
