Matthias advises clients on general contract, commercial, and financial law matters, including capital markets law, and handles proceedings before state courts, arbitral tribunals, and regulatory authorities. He specializes in regulatory advice to financial services providers, FinTech and blockchain companies, and is co-head of CMS Switzerland's FinTech Group.
