Jens Debièvre is a partner and head of the Public Law and Regulatory practice at Dentons in Brussels, with over 20 years of experience advising government and private sector clients on public procurement, concessions, PPP, government investments, and legal recourse against government action. He regularly appears before administrative and regulatory bodies and the courts, including the Council of State and the Constitutional Court.
