Roberto Lipari is a partner in Dentons' Rome office and Head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Italy and Europe. He has extensive experience in litigation and international arbitration, representing sovereign entities and domestic and foreign clients in disputes involving corporate, commercial, white-collar crime, investment, and financial matters.
