Mariela Ruanova

Mariela Ruanova is a partner in the Montevideo office of Dentons Jiménez de Aréchaga and leader of the Banking and Dispute Resolution teams in Uruguay. She serves as lead external counsel for Banco Santander, regular counsel for Corporación Nacional para el Desarrollo, and co-head of the litigation group in Montevideo. She is also a director and counsel of Santander Group’s financial entities in Uruguay, focusing on banking, electronical governance, data protection, and technology.
