Partner at Dechert Luxembourg, advising on all types of retail and private Luxembourg investment funds (UCITS, AIFs) across asset classes including private equity, venture capital, private debt, real estate, infrastructure, and crypto assets. Also assists investors in fund investments and advises on establishment, restructuring, and regulatory aspects of management companies, AIFMs, MiFID investment firms, and financial service providers. Handles change-of-control applications before the Luxembourg regulator and conducts due diligence on acquisitions of managers and service providers.
