Dean Collins is the Managing Partner of Dechert's Singapore office and a Partner in the Investment Funds and Investment Companies department. He is recognized as one of the foremost private equity lawyers in Asia and worldwide, named in Private Equity International's 'The Legal Power 30.' His practice focuses on structuring and establishing private equity investment funds, secondary transactions, carried interest and co-investment plans, team spin-outs, and other private equity-related transactions. He also advises on real estate, venture capital, infrastructure, and hedge funds, and counsels major institutional investors on fund investments in Asia and beyond.
