Focuses on cross-border M&A, capital markets, and corporate finance matters involving South Korea and global markets, including the United States. Sector experience includes technology, semiconductors, clean energy, ESG, life sciences, biopharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and real estate. Previously served as Dechert’s Asia co-managing partner and managing partner of the Hong Kong office.
