Howard Ullman is counsel in Dechert's antitrust/competition group, focusing on trade regulation, unfair competition, class actions, and complex litigation. He has experience with Section 1 and Section 2 issues, distribution law, competitor collaborations, joint ventures, pricing issues, non-price restraints, dealer termination, and matters at the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property, including the Robinson-Patman Act and California Unfair Practices Act.
