Alberto Rubio

نبذة

Alberto is the Head of DLA Piper Argentina's Litigation and Employment Law Department. He is an expert on labor law, litigation, bankruptcy and laboral restructurings. He has extensive experience in labor litigation and non-contentious practice, advising on general labor, redundancy programs, social security, restructuring, collective bargaining and negotiations with unions and the government.
