Kate Brown de Vejar focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration. She represents private corporations, sovereign states and state-owned entities under leading institutional and ad hoc arbitration rules (ICC, LCIA, ICDR, ICSID, UNCITRAL, CANACO, JCAA). She also acts as an arbitrator. Her experience includes complex, high-profile disputes in energy, infrastructure, general commercial, post-M&A, joint venture/partnership disputes, as well as disputes in aeronautical, financial services, life sciences, mining, technology, and telecommunications sectors.
