Sam Deka is a partner at DLA Piper LLP (US) in the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations and Intellectual Property and Technology departments. He is a patent litigation trial lawyer with over 15 years of experience in technologies including biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, semiconductors, optical networking, 3-D capture and display, hard disk drives, and telecommunications software and hardware. He also has trial experience in commercial litigations involving antitrust and royalty disputes with underlying intellectual property issues. He is a registered patent attorney with experience in Inter Partes Review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
