Carrie Hartley focuses her practice on securities offerings, SEC reporting compliance, corporate governance matters and general corporate law. Her primary focus is the real estate industry, particularly real estate investment trusts (REITs). She regularly advises public companies, boards of directors and board committees on corporate governance and compliance matters, capital raising, financial reporting obligations, investment and other strategic transactions.
