Kartikay Dutta is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution department at TMT Law Practice in India. He graduated from the Army Institute of Law in 2019 and holds an LLM in Corporate and Financial Laws from Jindal Global Law School. His experience includes drafting, advising, client management, courtroom advocacy, and briefing seniors, with appearances before the Supreme Court, High Courts of Delhi, Gauhati, Chandigarh, CESTAT, NCDRC, NCLT, and NCLAT. He is currently pursuing a second Master's degree specializing in disputes within the defence industry.
