Abdullah A. Alsaleh is the Managing Partner of Alsaleh, Alsahli & Partners Law Firm LLP in Saudi Arabia. He was previously managing partner of Abdulaziz Alassaf & Partners Law Firm (since 2005) and led its litigation department (2010-2012). His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, corporate and commercial matters, capital markets, commercial contracts disputes, securities disputes, bankruptcy, liquidation, enforcement of foreign judgments, and arbitration. He is licensed to practice as a lawyer and arbitrator before all Saudi courts and judicial committees.
