Jayesh H is Co-Founder of Juris Corp (Mumbai). He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, Advocate & Solicitor. He is known for transactional and enforcement experience in M&A, private equity, leveraged buyouts and restructurings. He is a thought leader in arbitration. He has advised the Indian Ministry of Finance on the legal framework for Financial Resolution. He is the first inductee from India to P.R.I.M.E. Finance. Clients describe him as acting in clients' best interests and working on bringing down legal costs through innovation and forward thinking.
