Simrat Grover is a Partner at Kochhar & Co. in India. Over the last ten years, she has extensively advised multinational and domestic clients on structuring transactions, land acquisition, leasing of commercial and industrial spaces, and related documentation. She also works on construction laws, including drafting design and build contracts and advising on FIDIC contracts from an Indian law perspective. Recognised as a Rising Star by Asia Pacific Legal 500 (2020) for Real Estate practice in India.
