Reena Asthana Khair is a Senior Partner at Kochhar & Co., head of the International Trade & Indirect Taxation Practice. She has over 25 years of experience in international trade and indirect taxation, regularly appearing before the Customs, Excise, and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India. She has argued over 300 reported cases and represented clients before the Designated Authority and Directorate General of Trade Remedies in anti-dumping and anti-subsidy matters.
