Anjaneya Mishra is the Head of the Litigation Department at LEGALLANDS LLP in India. He specializes in litigation before High Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Company Law Board, Central Administrative Tribunals, Arbitration, State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions, and National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission. With approximately 9 years of professional experience, he has handled high-stakes corporate clients of national and international repute, represented professional bodies and corporate clients, and been instrumental in amicable dispute resolution. Recent assignments include contesting/defending clients before Debt Recovery Tribunals and Appellate Tribunals in the banking sector, and representing nationalized banks before DRT, DRAT, and High Courts. He has handled litigation matters related to real estate, IT, automotive, education, oil and gas, and other sectors.
