Rahul Dev is a Partner at Argus Partners in India. He has 10 years of experience in civil, commercial litigation/dispute resolution and constitutional law. He advises multinational corporations, banks, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals, specializing in contractual disputes, domestic and international arbitrations, investment disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency, securitization, and debt recovery. He represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Judicature at Bombay, NCLT, Arbitral Tribunals, Debt Recovery Tribunals, and other authorities. He graduated from Institute of Law, Nirma University in 2015 and previously worked at Wadia Ghandy & Co. (Ahmedabad). He is a member of the Bar Council of Gujarat.
