Anjan Dasgupta is a dual-qualified senior legal expert based in India with over 20 years of experience in infrastructure and energy project development and finance, public private partnerships, government contracts, and public procurement. He represents clients in development, financing, construction, operation, M&A, and disputes of capital-intensive projects globally. His work includes roads, highways, sea-links, ports, airports, power plants, waste management, metro and rail, smart cities, SEZs, oil and gas, social and healthcare infrastructure, agribusiness, education, telecommunications, battery storage, and charging infrastructure. He has international experience with firms like Norton Rose Fulbright, Herbert Smith Freehills, Trilegal, HSA Advocates, and the Centre of Innovation Law and Policy at the University of Toronto.
