Tushar Joshi is a Counsel at DMD Advocates with over a decade of experience in indirect tax litigation and advisory. He handles matters related to GST, Customs, Service Tax, SEZ, and Foreign Trade Policy, representing clients before adjudicating authorities, appellate forums, Tribunals, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India.
