Kajal Tandon is a Counsel at DMD Advocates with over 10 years of experience advising domestic and foreign clients on acquisition transactions, joint ventures, and business transfers. She leads due diligence, drafts and negotiates transaction documents, and assists with closing and post-closing compliance. She also advises on regulatory and compliance matters under company law, exchange control, employment law, and other business-specific laws. Previously, she worked at Lumiere Law Partners and Alpha Partners.
