Partner at Gravitas Legal in India with expertise in dispute resolution, ADR, real estate, family and estate law. Rajeev Aggarwal founded and managed R.A. Law Co. for 20 years before joining Gravitas Legal in 2021. He has advised banks, insurance companies, the Delhi Development Authority, and other entities, and is empaneled as an arbitrator with the Indian Council of Arbitration. He serves as Additional Standing Counsel of the Government of NCT of Delhi. His practice spans civil and criminal litigation, arbitration, and land disputes. Languages: English and Hindi.
