Pooja Mahajan is the Managing Partner of Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates & Solicitors and heads the firm's Restructuring & Insolvency practice group. She advises on stress asset resolution and restructuring solutions, including under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Her practice includes representing creditors, debtors, insolvency practitioners, and investors in distressed assets, and she appears before Indian bankruptcy tribunals (NCLT, NCLAT, and the Supreme Court of India).
