Alex Barrett focuses his practice primarily on complex state and federal court litigation and arbitration, specifically in matters related to contracts, commercial disputes, lender workouts, collections, real estate, antitrust, corporate governance and the fiduciary and other duties of directors and officers. He also counsels management on employment-related matters, defends businesses in alleged discrimination, wage and hour and other employment cases and handles internal and governmental investigations and proceedings, including those arising under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
