Jason A. Leckerman is Chair of Ballard Spahr's Litigation Department. He focuses on antitrust and competition, product liability, and commercial litigation, and counsels clients on antitrust compliance and risk. He also assists private and public companies with mergers and acquisitions and obtaining clearance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act.
