Diona Narae Park

Diona Park is a counsel in the Seoul office of Latham & Watkins, advising on derivatives, structured products, equity-linked products, and capital markets transactions and related regulatory matters. Prior to joining Latham, she worked at leading international law firms in New York and as an in-house legal counsel at JPMorgan's investment banking group.
