Cindy Mann has over 30 years of experience in federal and state health policy, advising clients on health reform, Medicaid, the Children's Health Insurance Program, and delivery and payment system transformation. She previously served as deputy administrator at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and director of the Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services.
