Chris is an experienced litigator who represents clients in federal and state court, as well as in arbitration. He advises and represents clients in the financial services and technology industries in a wide range of disputes, including complex commercial, securities, banking, intellectual property, and shareholder matters. Chris also has experience advising clients regarding regulatory matters and representing companies and individuals in connection with investigations and enforcement actions.
