Peter Gey's practice focuses on European and German antitrust and competition law, European state aid law and regulation, with emphasis on the pharmaceutical and agro-chemical industries and the life science sector. He also has substantial experience in public procurement law, in particular in relation to tenders of German public health funds for pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
