John Fletcher is a partner in the Tax Practice Group at Jones Walker LLP. He focuses primarily on state tax matters, including multi-state income, franchise, sales and use, and local ad valorem taxes, and also assists with federal income tax issues and non-tax legal services such as entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate leasing, and general business contractual matters.
