Lisa Campbell is co-chair of the firm's Health Services Practice. She advises clients on the Affordable Care Act, mental health parity, state insurance law, Medicare, and Medicaid, representing health insurance companies, employers, consultants, and trade associations. She previously served as Director of the Compliance and Enforcement Division at CCIIO at HHS.
