Iain Ferguson

Iain Ferguson is a Partner at McCann FitzGerald LLP in Ireland who specialises in structuring, establishing and advising on a wide range of UCITS and AIFs, including ETFs, hedge funds, private equity, real estate, loan/credit and infrastructure funds, as well as structured products. He trained with McCann FitzGerald, qualified in 2006, became a partner in 2015, has practiced in an international asset management and investment banking business, advises global fund promoters and financial institutions, and chairs the Irish Funds’ Front Office Steering Group while also serving on the Irish Funds’ ETF Working Group.
