Partner in the Corporate Group at McCann FitzGerald LLP in Ireland advising large Irish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, commercial contracts and corporate governance. He has acted on matters in the healthcare, telecoms and pharmaceuticals sectors and co-authored a 2016 piece that received the Norman Bale Irish Tax Review Article of the Year.
