Partner in the Tax department at McCann FitzGerald LLP in Ireland advising on corporate taxation, including structuring domestic and international reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border tax planning and corporate restructurings. He also advises on employment-related taxes, tax issues in insolvency and property-related tax matters; he graduated BA Law & Accounting from the University of Limerick in 2010, qualified in Ireland in 2014 and became a partner in 2017.
