Partner at McCann FitzGerald LLP since 2004, Shane Sweeney advises on all facets of commercial property in Ireland, including acquisitions and disposals, property development, real estate finance, investment and leasing. He advises a wide range of clients — including private equity investors, financial institutions, semi-state bodies, insolvency practitioners, multinational corporations and hospitals — and has notable experience on the property aspects of renewable energy (wind farm) developments; he holds an LLB from the National University of Ireland, Galway (2001) and qualified in 2005.
