Of Counsel at NautaDutilh in Belgium, Ivan Peeters is an experienced banking and finance lawyer who has established and led banking, finance and debt capital markets practices and served as in-house counsel at one of Belgium’s largest banks. He advises financial institutions, investors, borrowers and government authorities on lending, debt capital markets, structured and asset-based financings and has contributed to key Belgian legislation (including securitisation and covered bonds) and to bank rescue operations during the financial crisis.
