Partner at NautaDutilh based in Belgium, Axel Maeterlinck advises listed and unlisted companies on corporate law, governance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, and assists with capital markets operations. He provides long-term support to family offices and shareholders of listed companies, is active in life sciences, biotech, fintech and the pharmaceutical sector, and was appointed an accredited third-party decision-maker by the French Order of Lawyers at the Brussels Bar; he joined NautaDutilh in 2024 after nearly 20 years at a leading law firm.
