Partner at ONTIER in Spain specialising in civil and corporate litigation, including corporate criminal matters, corporate contracts and IT-related legal issues such as intellectual property, computer law and personal data protection. He holds a BA in Law (University of Oviedo, 1991), completed a post-graduate programme at the University of New York and an MA in IT Law at the Garrigues Study Centre, and lectures on IT Law in the MA in Legal Consultancy at FENA Business School of Asturias.
