Partner in Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS's Dispute Resolution department, focusing on disputes in commercial contracts and contract law. He represents clients in large and complex disputes before ordinary courts and arbitration and has experience in post-M&A, shipping and shipbuilding, E&P oil and gas, onshore and offshore construction, insurance and fishery/aquaculture; he is co-author of a book on onshore and offshore construction and was seconded as Legal Counsel for a leading company within the oil, gas and renewable energy sectors.
